Ventozia provides air conditioning maintenance and repair services across Valsad, Vapi, Daman, Surat and Navsari. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you book a service or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
In short: we collect only what we need to reach you and service your AC. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers on this website, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Information we collect
When you submit the booking form on this website, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect:
- Contact details — your name, phone number and, if you provide it, your email address.
- Service address — the address where the AC units are installed, so our technician can reach you.
- Service details — the number and type of AC units, the plan you are interested in, brand and model information, and any notes you send us.
- Service records — visit dates, work performed, readings taken, payment status, and before/after photographs of the units our technicians service.
- Messages — a record of the WhatsApp messages, emails and calls exchanged with you about your service.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payments are settled directly with you in cash, by UPI or by bank transfer.
How we use your information
- To contact you and confirm your service appointment.
- To send the technician to the right address at the right time.
- To keep a maintenance history for your units, so future visits are informed by past work.
- To send service reminders when your next visit or annual contract is due.
- To issue receipts and track payment status for your plan.
- To respond to questions, complaints and warranty claims.
We do not use your information for automated advertising profiling, and we do not send marketing messages unrelated to AC service.
Photographs of your units
Our technicians take before and after photographs of the AC units they service. These are stored with your service record and shared with you as proof of work. We will not publish a photograph that identifies you, your home or your address in marketing material without asking you first.
Who can access your information
Access is limited to Ventozia staff and technicians who need it to deliver your service. We also rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Netlify — hosts this website, receives form submissions, and provides the database in which service records are stored.
- Messaging and email providers — used to deliver booking confirmations, reminders and service updates to you.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information if we are required to by law.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our staff-only tools use a login cookie that is strictly necessary to keep an authorised user signed in. Your browser may store minor preferences locally on your own device.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can honour warranties, resolve disputes and meet accounting obligations. Enquiries that never become bookings are removed once they are no longer relevant.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Stop sending you service reminders.

This website is served over HTTPS, and service records are held in an access-controlled database. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Children
Our services are intended for adults arranging maintenance for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
